SEABRO Ltd. scaffolding contractors regard health and safety as a core principal throughout all areas of its operation, and have an internal Health and Safety Department ensuring every aspect of works are carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
SEABRO Ltd. is also an accredited member of CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme).
It is policy of SEABRO Ltd. to ensure that all employees work with a continual professional development plan throughout their employment.
Employees are encouraged to progress their career in scaffolding by means of either block training or via the CITB apprenticeships route. At any one time we have up to 30 employees working towards an NVQ2 in Scaffolding operations via a recognised apprenticeship. Our nominated apprentices have achieved the accolade of Apprentice of the Year by CITB on more than one occasion.
Working closely with local training providers we also carry out training in CPCS / NPORS, First Aid and are also in the early stages of setting up an in-house training academy to deliver all of the above including: SSSTS / SMSTS, CISRS Scaffold Inspection training etc.
Our exemplary accident record and the numerous safety awards received from our valued clients further endorse this commitment and positive attitude towards health & safety and training.
